More and more employers are placing greater emphasis on the need for job seekers to have soft/transferable skills in addition to their job specific skills.  As career professionals, we often educate our clients and students for success in securing and maintaining a job.  WCDA invites you to attend our professional development opportunity on “Soft Skills” to learn techniques, tips and tools to incorporate into your interactions with your students/clients to help them prepare and succeed in the work place.
